THE HOUSE

The Nauset Beach Club is a 55 seat restaurant situated in a 40 year-old plus converted Cape Cod style home. It has served as a restaurant for over 20 years. There are two dining rooms of about equal capacity. The walls are painted in a burnt sienna color. Furnishings are bistro style. A fireplace in the upper room (three steps up) and wood burning oven in the lower room (behind the bar) provide functionality and aesthetics. Recorded light jazz and eclectic background music add to the ambience.

THE KITCHEN

Our kitchen team is deep and talented. Attracting and retaining professional staff is a major objective. We are committed to providing them superior ingredients with which to work, competitive compensation, year-round employment and a creative work environment. Our menus change often as much to keep our guests intrigued as to keep our culinary team excited and innovative.

    THE WAITSTAFF

Each member of our waitstaff is experienced in the restaurant business, appreciates wine and food and is able to counsel with our guests on dining choices. Most importantly, they are a spirited group, who enjoy working together and with our guests.

LOGISTICS

There is no dress code at the Nauset Beach Club. Guest comfort is paramount.
The restaurant is air conditioned and heated.
Parking is available in the restaurant’s parking lot.
Orleans is a non-smoking town.
Wheelchair access is available on the restaurant’s first level. Bathrooms are not wheelchair accessible.

EMPLOYMENT
